Vanity Xtreme's booking slots open on the 15th of each month for the following month's schedule.

Hello Beauties! Welcome to Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge. Please note that service times are estimated and set to accommodate multiple guests daily. To ensure the best experience for both the client and the stylist, kindly follow the guidelines for your appointment with Vanity Xtreme. 

•  Please be aware that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• ​Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Appointments will be canceled after a 25-minute delay.

• We recommend setting aside 3-5 hours for your appointment, as the time may vary depending on the style, Thanks for your understanding. 

• Vanity Packages and Units are highly recommended and available daily at Vanity Xtreme. 

• Outside bundles and units are welcomed for installation Tuesday through Friday ONLY. 

• Kindly note that installations involving lace by outside vendors will incur an additional $40 fee on top of the standard price.

• Lace  and units must be brought in 2-3 days prior to your appointment for customization to avoid cancellation.

• All Saturday appointments are reserved for guests purchasing a NEW Vanity package or NEW Vanity Units, or for our V.I.P Vanity Guests. No EXCEPTIONS

•  Please avoid using lace from beauty supply stores, as this may result in lace replacement or cancellation of your appointment.

• Any appointment scheduled before 9:30am or after 5:30pm or not booked online, is considered a "squeeze-in" and will incur an additional $100 emergency fee.

• Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. 

• No-call/no-shows will result in being blocked from future bookings until a 50% fee is paid, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Bridal bookings require an additional $200 to secure and block off dates in advance.

• The balance MUST be paid in full once services are completed. Payments can be made via Tap, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Guests will not be permitted to leave to collect funds—no exceptions.​

• ​Custom wig orders can be placed at any time through our "Shop" tab.

• Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom wig orders to be processed and prepared for pick-up or shipping.

• Anyone aged 13 and older will be considered an adult and charged at adult rates.
